Reservations: A booking is only considered “confirmed” once a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation email is sent.
Pricing: All rates are subject to change based on seasonal demand, fuel surcharges, or specific customization requests.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure electronic transfers. All payments must be cleared prior to the service date.
Because our services involve high-level coordination and asset allocation, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy:
